Johnson City, TN - Rev. Aaron T. Murphy has been elected to serve on Johnson City Commission.

Rev. Murphy states, “I am more than humbled and grateful to serve and represent the wonderful people of Johnson City. It is a blessing to have the opportunity to build on the success of the great leaders that have gone on before me here in our region.

I want to thank God, my wife, son, family, church family, board, advisors, mentors, campaign team, volunteers, and supporters. This victory would not have been possible with you.”

Jonesborough, TN- Adam Dickson retains his seat as Alderman in Jonesborough.

Adam stated: "I am very grateful to serve another term on Jonesborough's Board of Mayor and Aldermen. My approach to public service has been caring, thoughtful and considerate, and it seems that Jonesborough citizens understood that the need for balance on the board, and I think our reelection was a testament to that.”

Johnson City, TN - Herb Greenlee won a seat on Johnson City School Board.

Greenlee stated, ''This was the fourth time I ran for office. I am very thankful to all the people who worked hard to help get me elected to the school board. It was a community and former athletes effort that encouraged people to get out and vote.

Good Old Common Sense and making sure the voice-less has a voice was my platform.

I want to be in on the building plans of the new Town Acres school in our city. I plan to work with the mentoring program that will help our youth choose either a college or technical educational path.”
