Cheslie Kryst, Former Miss USA Dies At 30

Cheslie Kryst, was a 28-year-old from Charlotte, North Carolina, when she was crowned Miss USA 2019 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada on May 2, 2019.

Kryst practices civil litigation for a law firm and also did free legal work for prisoners who may be sentenced unjustly, helping them to seek reduced punishments. After winning the title, she worked as a correspondent for Extra.

According to multiple sources, Cheslie jumped from her high-rise home in New York City on Sunday morning, January 30, 2022. She was pronounced dead at the scene
